Start morning with healthy breakfast: In summer, you should start the morning with healthy breakfast. You should include whole grain, lean proteins as usual in breakfast. To complete the summer special breakfast, take plain yogurt or low fat milk.

Exercise regularly: In summer also, you should not skip doing exercise regularly. Daily exercise helps you to stay away from various health issues. During summer, you should try to spend at least 30 minutes for working out. If regularly going to Gym is not possible try walking for few minutes or take part in any game.

Have healthy snacks: Angelica Urbas considers that having adequate amount of fruits is necessary for staying fit in summer. During three main courses, you can have items like fruit salads as snacks. It will help you to enhance your energy level.
